Krabbenhoft Public Library offers a BOOK GROUP that meets the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month.

Our library holds a Senior Citizens' Program each spring.

Each fall we hold a Teachers' Tea for East Central School staff.

OPEN ACCESS:  Krabbenhoft Public Library is an Open Access Library which means that we offer a "statewide library card".  Any Iowa citizen may use any participating public library in the state. 

REFERENCE:  Our library provides many kinds of information to our customers in both paper and electronic form, backed up with regional and state resources.

ELECTRONIC LIBRARY:  An easy to use online reference center.

INTERNET ACCESS:  Library Users can access the Internet free at our library.  Staff help is available for novices.

GENEALOGICAL/LOCAL HISTORY INFORMATION:  Local newspapers in paper or microfilm format, census information and more.

MATERIALS:  Books - Video's or DVD's - Books on Cassette - Newspapers and magazines - Research materials.

COPY MACHINE:  Copies $.15 each.

FAX MACHINE:  $1.00 for the 1st page faxed and $.50 for each additional page sent.  A charge of $.50 for each page received.
